Privacy policy

Version 22 October 2026. This policy covers liteformation.com and the requests you submit through it.

Who is responsible

LiteTax, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 94879559), is the controller for the data collected on this site. Contact: jonathan@litetax.ai.

What we collect and why

Package builder: your name, email, optional phone, country of residence, the services you selected, your answers to the screening questions, your notes, the estimated cost and the page you came from. Purpose: to assess your request and, if it proceeds, to have it executed. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in screening requests (art. 6(1)(f)).

Newsletter: your email, only if you tick the optional box. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time via the link in each email.

Site usage: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

Transfer to our partner in Georgia

If your request proceeds, we share your request data with our executing partner, an independent advisory firm in Tbilisi, Georgia, so that they can contact you and prepare an engagement proposal. Georgia is outside the EEA and the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for it. The transfer takes place on the basis of your explicit consent given in the package builder (art. 49(1)(a) GDPR) and under a data transfer agreement with the partner. Once you engage the partner, they become the controller for the data they process for your engagement, under their own privacy policy. The partner's identity is stated in the engagement letter you receive from them.

Processors

Webflow (site hosting and form handling, United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses) and Klaviyo (email, United States, same basis). Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the font is requested.

Retention

Requests that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Requests that proceed are kept for the duration of the engagement with our partner and for the statutory retention period that applies to our commission records, seven years under Dutch law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to jonathan@litetax.ai. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We update this policy when the service changes. The version date at the top tells you which version applies.
