LiteTax is a Dutch emigration advisory: we help entrepreneurs leave the Netherlands properly and set up a structure that holds up afterwards. LiteFormation is where we offer those structures to founders from anywhere, country by country, starting with Georgia.
LiteFormation screens your request: does your activity qualify, what does your country of residence mean for the plan, is the structure you picked the right one. We prepare the file. Our partner in Tbilisi, an independent advisory firm, does the execution: registration, bank accounts, permits, monthly accounting. They send you an engagement letter at their standard rate and invoice you directly, so you have one contact for the whole execution.
Most sites selling Georgian structures lead with the 1% and leave out the rest: the excluded activities, the monthly filings, the work permit rules of 2026, and the fact that a registration abroad does not change where you are taxed until you have actually moved. We put those on the page before the price. Clients who know the limits stay clients; the others cost everyone a year.
A Georgian structure on its own does not change where you are taxed. Until you have actually moved, your home country keeps taxing your worldwide income, and most countries have their own exit rules on top.
